Cooling Down System
The sushi rice cool-down system is specially designed with a high-power fan that removes the moisture and heat of the sushi rice immediately. The cylinder-formed tank creates a circulation of cool wind that also removes the stickiness and acidity of the rice, thus creating delicious sushi rice.
Mixing System
- There are 4 mixing bars that were designed for mixing the rice with rice vinegar evenly.
- Both the movements of the tank and mixing bars were carefully calculated and mimicing professional sushi chefs’ movements.
Rice Tank Designs
The maximum amount of rice is 6 kg. The cylinder-formed tank is designed for scattering rice. The rice will come out delicious, glutinous and chewy.
Mixing Speed
The mixing speed for our rice mixer has been tested to produce the best sushi rice without becoming soggy or mushy.
